Don Pratt and Steve Yungblut created PRATT & YUNGBLUT, P.C. in January 2007. The firm is dedicated to resolving disputes in the construction industry. Both Don and Steve have extensive experience both in the representation of clients involved in the construction process and as seasoned mediators and arbitrators. While the firm continues to accept assignments from selected clients, the majority of its efforts are now dedicated to serving as third-party neutrals dealing with disputes arising out of construction projects both nationally and internationally. Both have been and are active with the American Arbitration Association and are each listed on the AAA Large Complex Case Panel and the roster of Select Mediators.
